To convey the development potential of a large site of urban land that, at the time of filming, looked nothing like it would upon redevelopment.
Through extensive conversations with the client, we discussed what they hoped a potential buyer would do with the site and we developed our script accordingly. Then we took recce days to clearly outline the exact borders of the site in our own minds. By the time we were ready to shoot, we had walked the entire are and planned every shot.
A video that mixes small period details of one of Dublin’s Victorian treasures with large vistas of the entire property to give a sense of both the heritage and potential of the site.
