Promotional DVD Video Production
One Productions was commissioned to produce a promotional DVD video production and booklet for the launch of the Mount Falcon property development, in Ballina, Co. Mayo, for the purpose of enticing potential buyers to the project. The DVD proved a resounding success and the current owners bought the site in 2002.
While the development was still under construction, the DVD was commissioned and One Productions was faced with the challenge of creating a visual representation of the properties without the benefit of any images of a finished product. Consequently, the DVD utilised a combination of artists’ impressions, site photos, plans and reconstructions to create a sense of how the final properties would look. 3D rendering was also employed to great effect, giving a ‘virtual tour’ of both the interior and exterior of the properties.
The completed DVD focused upon the amenities and natural beauty of the surrounding area, using footage shot by One Productions. The finished product, complete with DVD, 16 page booklet and case sleeve, amounted to an enticing proposition to its intended market.
