As this battle continues, there is also a new one on the rise. This next contest is between Twitter’s video app Vine and Instagram’s latest video addition. These bite-sized video platforms are quickly emerging to be a new stage in the video content provider racket. Only time will tell which one of these will come out as the Top Dog!
