The Department of Social and Family Affairs wanted to move the perception of the PPS Number away from just being a tax number to being an important and valuable key to public services.
One Productions developed a strong logo identity, and rolled out press advertising campaign utilising the established brand.
According to surveys commissioned by the client, public awareness of the PPS number rose from 15% of the total population before the campaign to a staggering 85% after the campaign; a total increase of 70% in public awareness overall.
