Maypark Properties

Coral Grove is a luxury residential development in Waterford, created by Maypark Properties. One Productions was involved at an early stage of the project producing 3D visuals and animations for the as-yet unbuilt development. The graphics were used in brochures showcasing the property for off-plan purchase, also designed and print-managed by One Productions.

On completion of the development, we arranged photography of the development and the surrounding areas. These images were used to update the print collateral and to develop a website showcasing the properties. The website was built using SEO principles and a pay-per-click campaign was used to boost hits and Google ranking.
