When we undertook the campaign to brand and raise awareness for the Irish Government’s PPS Number, which 2 years after its launch, was still only recognised by 15% of the total population, independent research conducted by the Department of Social and Family affairs after the campaign showed that awareness levels had risen to 85%, making it one of the most effective campaign ever carried out by a government department.
