One Productions wins Museum contract
One Productions is one of the two Irish companies to be awarded theprestigious AV contract for the new Military History wing of the Collins
Barracks Museum in Dublin. One will be responsible for editing and
installing footage ranging from Irish involvement in the killing fields of
the first world war to Irish peacekeeping missions in the Lebanon and the
Congo. Much of this footage is archive sourced, but One will also be
shooting recreated footage for inclusion in original backgrounds for the
exhibit.
Installation of the exhibition is due for late June 2006, and the new military history wing of the Collins Barracks museum will open after July.
