Marketing for Film

Working as we do in the film sector, we understand the need to spend as much focus on marketing your movie as you do on making your movie. It may be the most stunning piece of celluloid (or laser-engraved plastic, for that matter) but that can amount to very little if there is no audience for it.

We have worked with many film companies, from studios like Universal Pictures to smaller production companies and single-person operators to make the most of selling the movie that's been made.

For some, like MR Films for "Timbuktu", this has meant designing a web site, poster, a DVD sleeve and a HTML email to generate publicity for Cannes and Berlin.

For Universal Pictures, it was generating "viral" email video for their production "Rat".

For many of the Irish Film Board "Short Cuts" award recipients it has meant shooting and editing the "Making Of ..." electronic press kit as well as designing the full packaging and promotional suite. We've done it for "Prey Alone", for "Burning the Bed", "The Making of a Prodigy" and many more.

Postcards, banners, stands, t-shirts, presentations - we've been involved in all manner of film promotion.

The national short film distributor has commented of our work that "all films should be delivered like this".

And, naturally, we do it for our own movies too.
